GYER Power Systems 

100% Protection Generator Service Plan 


The GYER Power Systems 100% Protection Plan is a comprehensive generator service and protection program designed to keep your standby generator fully maintained and ready during power outages. 


This plan includes scheduled maintenance, repair coverage, priority service, and monitoring support, helping ensure your generator system remains reliable when you need it most. 

Plan Pricing 

Customers may choose one of the following payment options: 


Annual Plan: $450 per year 

Monthly Membership: $39.99 per month 


Both payment options provide the same level of coverage and services under the 100% Protection Plan. 

Plan Term & Renewal 

Annual Plan 

The annual plan provides 12 months of coverage beginning on the date of enrollment. 


The plan will automatically renew each year unless either party provides written notice at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Renewal will occur at the current plan rate in effect at the time of renewal. 

Monthly Plan 

The monthly membership is billed at $39.99 per month and requires a 24-month commitment. 


After the initial 24-month term, the membership will continue on a month-to-month basis and automatically renew each month unless cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice. 

Early Cancellation (Monthly Plan) 

If the monthly membership is cancelled before completion of the 24-month commitment period, an early cancellation fee of $12.50 for each remaining month in the commitment term will apply. 


Example:  If cancellation occurs with 10 months remaining, the early termination fee would be $125.00. 

Scheduled Maintenance 

GYER Power Systems will perform generator maintenance according to manufacturer recommendations to ensure proper operation.


Maintenance services may include: 


  • Annual full maintenance service, including oil and oil filter replacement 
  • Complete operational inspection and testing 
  • Battery replacement every 3 years 
  • Air filter replacement as needed or every 5 years 
  • Spark plug replacement every 100 hours of run time 
  • Additional oil change if the generator exceeds 200 hours of run time in a year 


All maintenance services are performed by qualified GYER Power Systems technicians. 

100% Repair & Service Coverage 

The 100% Protection Plan provides comprehensive repair coverage for covered generator components during the active plan period. 


Coverage includes: 


  • Up to 3 on-site service visits per year 
  • No trip charges 
  • No labor charges for covered repairs 
  • No parts charges for covered repair components 
  • Priority scheduling during power outages and severe weather events 


Additional service visits beyond those included may be billed at standard service rates. 

Remote Monitoring (If Equipped) 

For generators equipped with monitoring capability, the plan includes: 


  • 24/7 generator monitoring support 
  • Automated alerts for faults or operational warnings 
  • Proactive service scheduling when potential issues are detected 


Customers are responsible for maintaining internet connectivity required for monitoring services. Customer Responsibilities Customers agree to: 


  • Maintain safe and unobstructed access to the generator 
  • Maintain adequate fuel supply to the generator 
  • Maintain internet connectivity if monitoring services are included 
  • Operate the generator in accordance with manufacturer recommendations 

Exclusions 

The 100% Protection Plan does not cover: 


  • Generator relocation or removal 
  • Damage caused by misuse or neglect 
  • Fuel supply issues or gas system problems outside the generator 
  • Electrical issues unrelated to the generator system 
  • Repairs performed by service providers other than GYER Power Systems 

Transferability 

If the property is sold, the plan may be transferred to the new homeowner for a $50 administrative transfer fee. 

Governing Law 

This agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of Missouri. 

Exhibit A – Covered Generator Models 

The GYER Power Systems 100% Protection Plan applies to Generac air-cooled residential standby generators, including but not limited to the models listed below. Coverage applies only to permanently installed Generac air-cooled standby units within these model series.

Additional Coverage Conditions 

Coverage under this plan is limited to Generac residential air-cooled standby generators within the model series listed above. 



The following equipment is not included unless specifically approved in writing by GYER Power Systems: 


  • Portable generators 
  • Liquid-cooled generators 
  • Commercial generators 
  • Generators manufactured by other brands 


Generators that are excessively aged, improperly installed, previously modified, or determined by GYER Power Systems to be unsafe or non-serviceable may be excluded from coverage at the company’s discretion. 


Generators that were purchased used, relocated from another property, installed by unknown parties, or obtained through private sale may require inspection and approval by GYER Power Systems prior to acceptance into the plan. 


GYER Power Systems reserves the right to decline coverage for such units.
